Prab Inc. reports third quarter sales of $3,733,000 and earnings of $136,000 for the period ended July 31, 1999.

This compares with sales of $4,796,000 and earnings of $314,000 in the same period a year ago. Nine month sales

The order backlog of $3,867,000 at the end of the third quarter ended July 31, 1999 compares with $3,672,000 at the end of the previous quarter ended April 30, 1999 and $4,674,000 at the end of the third quarter a year ago.
