Harold E. Doley, Jr., Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Doley Securities, Inc., the oldest African American owned investment-banking firm in the nation, celebrated 30 years as a member of the New York Stock Exchange by ringing the Closing Bell at the NYSE Wednesday evening.
