Tempe, Ariz.-Based Technology Firms Post Mixed Second-Quarter Results.

Jul. 26--Two Tempe-based technology companies have posted mixed second-...uarter earnings results.

Insight Enterprises, a distributor of information technology products and services, reported a lower profit on a 2percent decrease in sales. And Three-Five Systems, a producer of li...uid crystal displays, reported a narrower loss on a 94percent jump in sales.

Insight said it earned $8.2million, or 18cents a diluted share, compared to net income of $13.1million, or 28cent
