Apr. 25--BP SEEKS TO EXPAND MILNE POINT: BP Exploration (Alaska) Inc. has applied with the state to expand its Milne Point/Schrader Bluff oil field on the North Slope, according to Petroleum News. The state Division of Oil and Gas said the proposed expansion encompasses 1,280 acres on the southeast border of Milne Point, which lies about 25 miles northwest of Prudhoe Bay.
