Financial Experts Advise British Students to Avoid Loan Bankruptcy.

Feb. 15--Students are being advised not to jump on the bankruptcy bandwagon after it was revealed that the numbers doing so have more than tripled in the past 12 months.

Figures from the Student Loans Company suggest that 900 filed for bankruptcy to escape their debts last year, compared with 276 in 2002.
