PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local VIGOUR is currently gearing-up to build a knew hotel in Hong Kong. In so doing, the company recently awarded a construction contract to HYUNDAI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION of South Korea.

Construction plans call for building a 10-story, deluxe, hotel that will incorporate 653 rooms. The cost to build the planned facility has been pegged at $117,000,000. And, project completion is scheduled for some time around mid-2001.
