PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local ANTAH HOLDINGS BHD recently awarded a highway construction contract to IJM CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD of Malaysia, a subsidiary of IJM CONSTRUCTION BHD. The project is for the completion of the delayed Kajang-Serembam motorway which was put on hold following the Asian financial crisis during the years 1997/98.

The cost to complete the infrastructure project, in 33 months, has been estimated at $182,000,000.
