PROJECT OVERVIEW:

US-based CONTRACK INTERNATIONAL, a subsidiary of ORASCOM CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES (OCI) of Egypt, was recently awarded a construction contract for Doha's Education City. According to the terms of the award, CONTRACK will be responsible for building a new science and technology center.

The cost to complete the project has been pegged at $355,000,000.
