Pentagon Postpones Replacing Halliburton's Contract in Iraq.

Oct. 30--WASHINGTON -- The Pentagon has postponed replacing Halliburton's contract in Iraq, saying the oil industry sabotage has been so massive that planners need to rethink the scope of the work ahead.
