Northrop Gruman, Rafael Armaments, Defeat Lockheed Martin.

Northrop Gruman Corporation together with Israeli company Rafael Armaments won a $300 million contract to supply the US Airforce with targeting systems.

Rafael developed the litening targeting system, which the US Airforce chose over Lockheed Martin's low altitude navigation lantirn system. Northrop Gruman Corporation will be the prime contractor for all US government military sales of the litening, while Rafael will continue to sell the system inde
