I admit it--I'm a control freak. I wish I could be my own videographer, editor, duplicator, sales person, office manager, and marketing and promotions director. It's great if you have all of these talents and the time to use them, but sometimes it's best to delegate jobs and stick to what you do best. If I can hire an assistant to make copies, digitize, and run errands, that frees me up to make money doing what I do best. Running your business as a business, not a hobby, is essential to success.
