The two companies will work together to provide streaming media services, including network infrastructure and production facilities, to customers that need to reach global marketplaces. This relationship will also provide the first dedicated global streaming network with the ability to reach markets in North America, Europe and Asia.

Activate and Unit.Net have worked together for almost two years on multiple projects including the World Trade Organization's Third Ministerial Conference, which was broadcast to a worldwide audience in three separate languages. Formalizing this relationship allows both companies to extend their reach and to leverage each other's existing customers, integration of products and services, and networks.
