Donnelly has served as president and chief operating officer of PRA since June 2001.

Additionally, Jean-Pierre L. Conte has been appointed chairman of the board of PRA. Conte is the chairman and managing director of Genstar Capital, L.P., the majority shareholder of PRA. In addition, he is chairman of the board of BioSource International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOI).

Donnelly, 44, joined the company in October 1996 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Over the past six years, the company has achieved above-average revenue and profitability growth and executed and integrated five strategic acquisitions, as well as secured bank and equity financing in the recent recapitalization of PRA with Genstar Capital.

Earle Martin, the outgoing chairman and chief executive officer of PRA, is leaving to pursue other business interests and will remain a PRA shareholder.
