M5 Networks Appoints Kathy Perone to Board of Directors.

been appointed to the company's board of directors.

Kathy Perone is the president of XLNT Technologies, a management consulting firm specializing in telecom and technology company development. She is the former president and CEO of WestCom, Inc., the world's leading provider of specialized private line services for the financial trading community. Kathy has a distinguished career in the telecommunications industry, including serving as president and CEO of FOCAL Communications, Inc., which was acquired by Broadwing Communications, and as president of Level 3 North America. In addition, she has served on the board of four public companies, including Infocrossing, Inc., Focal Communications, Lexent and Tellium, as well as several private company boards.
