McKenna as the company's new president and chief executive officer (CEO). In this role, McKenna will work to further capitalize on the leading position in voice recruiting
developed by JobFlash, and will leverage his successful entrepreneurial track record to expand the company's market opportunities.McKenna has extensive experience managing and growing early stage companies. As founder and president of Integrated Merchandising Systems, LLC (formerly Group II Communications, Inc.), he grew the company to revenue of more than $50 million, with brand-name customers such as American Airlines, Coca-Cola, Gillette and McDonald's.

McKenna recently graduated from Stanford University with a master's degree in international policy studies. He also has a law degree and an MBA from Northwestern University, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
