I'm a librarian at Newark Library in the East Bay and am looking for an expert to do a three-hour workshop on selecting and starting a home-based business, including capital requirements, financing, legal issues, etc. Do you have an expert who does such workshops or can you recommend someone? We can pay an honorarium of $200. Thank you.
