Chatsworth, Ga., Auto Parts Maker Nears Deal to Buy Two More Plants.

Sep. 2--A Chattanooga businessman with operations in Chatsworth, Ga., says his company is close to buying two automotive interior trim plants which will sharply boost revenues.
Jeffrey Willis, president and chief executive of Willis Automotive Group, said his company is negotiating to purchase plants from Ohio-based Findlay Industries.
If the deal closes in the next 90 to 120 days as expected, the move will increase the company's annual revenues by $60 milli
