Apr. 29--Gene Hawk was a big fan of Michael Eisner for the first half of the Walt Disney Co. chief executive's 20-year reign. But his enthusiasm for Eisner dimmed significantly during the past decade as Disney's theme parks, in his view, became a bit frayed around the edges.
