Innovative Robotic Systems, Inc. (IRSI) announced that it has received additional funding from Silicon Valley-based investor David S. Lake to finance the company's growth.
Lake, now the company's majority shareholder, has also been elected by the Board of Directors to serve as IRSI's Chairman and CFO.
