Trucking firm Billings Freight Systems Inc. restructures.

Jul. 15--Billings Freight Systems Inc. on Wednesday announced a restructuring of the company along organizational lines. The 81-year-old less-than-truckload carrier is repositioning itself in the transportation market in response to major changes in the market place, to meet the changing needs of its customers and to facilitate the company's growth plans. However, the restructuring won't affect employment levels at Billings Freight, said Mike Albert, president of the newly formed Billings Transportation Group Inc. Billings has 450 employees companywide, he said.
