Lieutenant General Zia Ullah Khan (Retd), HI(M), is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of the Company. He was commissioned in Pakistan Army in 1962 and is a graduate Command and Staff College and National Defence College, the two premier institutions the Armed Forces of Pakistan. As a Lieutenant General he commanded a Corps. He retired as a Adjutant General in March 1997 after completion of distinguished and meritorious service.
