South Florida may have a land shortage, but a recent relocation into the area proves there is still some space available. Crossroads Transportation & Logistics just signed a lease for more than 16 football fields worth of space in a 978,000-square-foot industrial warehouse. The company is expanding operations and moving its headquarters from Indianapolis to the building in Hialeah, which formerly housed ABC Distributing.
