Lenzing increases its share in Indonesian concern.(Business news)

As of 20 June 2007, Lenzing has increased its share in the Indonesian subsidiary PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV) from 41.98% to 85.79%, describing the deal as a logical step in the Group's strategy of expansion and globalization.

Lenzing has already been managing SPV and the company is fully consolidated. Consequently, the acquisition will cause no immediate changes in the operation of the business of the Lenzing Group.
