Mindpix Signs Agreement to Purchase Free-trading Shares

OREM, Utah -- Mindpix Corporation, a Nevada Corporation (Pink Sheets:MPIX), is pleased to announce that it signed an agreement to purchase forty-three percent of its free-trading shares.

The stock purchase transaction has

been executed and completed as of March 6th, 2008.
