Chinadotcom Purchased Ross Systems

CHINA, Sep 10, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- CDC Software Holdings Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chinadotcom Corporation (www.china.com), signed contract with Ross Systems Inc.

According to the contract, CDC Software will acquire Ross Systems Inc., a world enterprises software supplier listed in Nasdaq Exchange, at the price of USD 68.9 million.

According to the terms of merger contract, stockholders of Ross Systems will get USD 5 in cash and Chinadotcom common shares worth
