Belgian chocolates with tea might seem an odd, if charming combination. It was, however, one that went down well at this year's STAR-APIC UK User Group meeting--the first joint gathering since Belgium's STAR INFORMATIC took a majority shareholding in France's APIC S.A. in 2003. The event also catered to users of MERCATOR cartographic publishing software, now part of the STAR-APIC portfolio since its acquisition from Esko-Graphics in the same year.
