T-Shirt City and California Shirt Sales purchased from Tultex bankruptcy.(Brief Article)

CINCINNATI--T-Shirt City and California Shirt Sales have been acquired from Tultex Corporation by TSC Acquisition LLC, a Cincinnati-based company. Jerry Arrasmith, who has led T-Shirt City for three years as Vice-President of East operations, and who has been with the company for more than 14 years, will serve as CEO and President of the new company, and will head both the T-Shirt City and California Shirt Sales operations.

This acquisition removes T-Shirt City and California Shirt Sales from the Tultex bankruptcy. Both will retain their individual business names, but
