Nalco Ltd - chemicals for the coal industry

The Nalco Chemical Co. recently acquired ICI's 51% holding in Nalfloc, and has given the Cheshire, England-based company a new name. Nalfloc has become Nalco Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S.-headquartered Nalco Chemical Co. This marks the end of a transatlantic joint venture spanning nearly 25 years.
