"He shares our vision for making IVAC a new company, not just in product but also in culture," Sancoff said.
"Clark has worked on the leading edge of the homecare market since its inception. His company had the most innovative products and the highest quality in the industry, and he established several strategic alliances and joint ventures with global pharmaceutical companies," Sancoff said. "His experience will be especially valuable as IVAC expands to serve the growing homecare market."
Adams said he feels IVAC has a tremendous opportunity for growth and is "on the verge of an exciting time. I'm eager to combine my experience with IVAC's knowledge base, name and reputation for service."
