ELTRAX Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELTX) today announced the addition of Joel C. Tokarz to the newly created position of Vice President, Human Resources. In his role at Eltrax, Mr. Tokarz will be responsible for the management of all aspects of domestic

and international human resource functions. Mr. Tokarz comes to Eltrax from Premiere Technologies, a leading international provider of enhanced Internet and telephone communications services. This is the fourth senior executive level addition to Eltrax within the past six months, further solidifying the Eltrax corporate leadership team.

With over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, Mr. Tokarz most recently served as Director of Human Resources at Premiere Technologies. With Premiere, Mr. Tokarz centralized key human resource services for over 2000 global employees, including benefits, payroll, risk management, compensation, training and development, and staffing. He also established the integration strategy providing organization stability following the acquisition of five companies. Mr. Tokarz has held executive level human resource positions at numerous technology corporations, including Docucorp International (a documentation automation software and consulting company), and Instant Access Technologies, Inc. (a Motorola Corporation partnership). At both Docucorp and Instant Access Technologies, Mr. Tokarz played a large role in the resource forecasting, due diligence and post integration teams for several acquisitions.
