eJets, a leading private air travel and technology company, plans to merge with Executive Airlines Inc. to create a national executive airline based upon eJets proprietary technology.
Executive Airlines expects to launch operations and initiate service by mid-2001. Further details will not be disclosed at this time, pending confidentiality agreements with potential partners.

The Executive Airlines board of directors consists of founders Steve Kasteler and Gordon Evans, along with eJets directors, Richard Bertea and Jim Slavik.
