LexFusion Offers Globalization Solutions to Clients Needing Web Translation, Software Localization and Technical & Marketing Services

LexFusion, a California-based globalization, language

translation and localization solutions company, has announced today that NetCel360 Holdings Limited, has made a strategic investment in LexFusion, taking a 33 percent stake in the company. NetCel360, based in Hong Kong, is the leading pan-Asian e-Business Service Provider (eSP).

The investment enables LexFusion to leverage NetCel360's pan-Asian e-commerce, and strengthen the company's ability to offer its clients a comprehensive suite of Asian Web and e-commerce services. The alliance will enable the company to continue to build its language capabilities and services, and strengthen its globalization capabilities across the Asia Pacific region.

According to John Gillett, LexFusion's chief executive officer and president, the deal between LexFusion and NetCel360 offers clients a competitive advantage. "LexFusion via its extensive global network of translators, has strong global and Asian language translation capabilities and is determined to develop and deploy services and products that eliminate language as a barrier to Asian web communication," Gillett said.

"The growing recognition of the Internet as a global communication and business tool has increased the need to provide world-class multilingual Web sites that accommodate the preferences of Asian Internet audiences. By working in partnership with NetCel360, LexFusion is well-placed to offer a complete range of web-based translation services to meet this need. LexFusion is continuing to expand its language and localization capabilities and aims to stay at the leading edge of Internet translation services," said Gillett.

Founder and Chairman of NetCel360, Phil Kelly said, "Asia's Internet growth is amongst the fastest in the world and offers a range of unique challenges to companies attempting to develop pan-Asian e-Business models. As this Internet growth continues across the region, Asian audiences are increasingly demanding locally relevant web-based information and services."

"Our investment in LexFusion enables us to integrate their range of translation services into our e-Business service portfolio, offering clients a unique single source for their pan-Asian e-Business requirements. NetCel360 helps clients to build and operate regional e-Businesses -- accelerating the growth of their business and streamlining their operations," Kelly said.
