Ganter is responsible for Unify's North and South America sales efforts and enhancing the Company's sales force, which includes direct sales, channel sales and sales support operations. He brings extensive software sales and marketing expertise to Unify, having served in various sales management positions with Symantec Corporation and eXcelon Corporation. Ganter serves on the board of directors of Peridyne Technology Solutions, a Georgia-based IT staffing and consulting firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
