TEAM Entertainment, Germany (GmbH), the Munich-based production and distribution

arm of TEAM Communications Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMTV) (Neuer Markt: TME), has secured the U.S. rights to produce and distribute a new format of "Tutti Frutti" for the U.S. audience, based upon the long-standing sexy European series, it was announced today by Drew S. Levin, TEAM Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. The format rights were acquired from RTI, Italy's leading independent network, and its acquisition continues to underscore TEAM's commitment to produce successful game and comedy programming for a worldwide audience.

"TEAM Entertainment, Germany has pulled off a major coup in acquiring this long-running franchise," said Levin. "Given the success that "Tutti Frutti" achieved with young audiences throughout its long European run, we are very optimistic that "Tutti Frutti," in its new form will captivate a new audience in the U.S. and around the world," Levin added.

"Tutti Frutti," which has been a rating success in Italy, Germany and Spain, is best described as a "battle of the sexes" late night game show strip that is provocative, outrageously fun and deliciously naughty. TEAM's U.S. version promises to be even more titillating than its predecessors. Host-driven, "Tutti Frutti" features three female and male contestants who face off (and ultimately take it off) in each episode in a battle for gender supremacy. The set is a hip nightclub with a "party-hardy" atmosphere and it is here, among the "Tutti Frutti" dancers and the gorgeous "take it off" models, that the contestants face multiple romping rounds of Vegas type games and rotating party challenges to score points - the object being to score enough points to undress the opposing team members down to their sexiest swimwear. "Tutti Frutti" joins TEAM's game show slate sharing company with "So You Think You're Funny," hosted by Paul Rodriguez and co-produced in the U.S. with Pearson Television. "Tutti Frutti," which is being packaged by CAA's Michael Camacho, will be introduced at this year's MIP TV and offered in the U.S. in the next 30 days.
