What: The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders. The
meeting will conduct the business of the corporation,
which includes election of the directors
and
appointment of the auditors. Discussions will highlight
the Biomira/Merck KGaA co-promotion collaborative
agreement announced May 3, 2001. The highlights of this
agreement coupled with milestones over the past year
will be discussed. The President of the Company, Dr.
Alex McPherson, will also discuss the vision for moving
Biomira forward.
