Robert E. Klatell to Retire from Arrow Electronics.

Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) today announced that Robert E. Klatell, Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors, intends to retire from full time active employment with the company effective

Mr. Klatell has held a number of senior executive positions during his career with Arrow, including Executive Vice President (1993 to present); Chief Financial Officer (1992 to 1996); Senior Vice President (1988 to 1993); Treasurer (1990 to 1996); Vice President (1979 to 1993); and General Counsel and Secretary (1976 to 2001). Mr. Klatell currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ:DSCP) and Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. (TSX:MDF).
