Frost Prioleau Joins Critical Path Board of Directors.

Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH), a global provider of digital communications software and services, today announced that Frost R.R. Prioleau, Managing Partner of Blue Bridge Capital, has joined

Critical Path's Board of Directors. His appointment, which was made at a recent meeting of the Board, is effective immediately. In addition, the company announced that Chris Gorog has left the Board to devote more time to his duties as chairman and CEO of Roxio, Inc. (Nasdaq:ROXI), one of the leading providers of digital media software.

In conjunction with investments made by Blue Bridge Capital, Mr. Prioleau is currently serving as the CEO of the Nova Media Group, which owns a worldwide patent portfolio on the Artlite printing process, and also as CEO of Blue Plex Partners, a start up company developing advanced Internet search capabilities. Prior to forming Blue Bridge Capital, Mr. Prioleau was the President and a member of the Board of Directors of Intraware, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITRA), a provider of electronic software delivery and management solutions. Mr. Prioleau holds a bachelors degree in engineering management systems from Princeton University.
