SkyTrax names Copa Airlines best airline in Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Copa Airlines, a passenger airline and subsidiary of Copa Holdings S.A. (NYSE:CPA), has announced that it has been named best airline in Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean for the fourth year running, in a survey conducted

by SkyTrax, a market research company.

In addition, Copa Airlines said it received recognition for 'Best Cabin Staff' in Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. It confirmed the designation rates the boarding process, drink and food service, along with crew enthusiasm and efficiency at problem-solving.

SkyTrax's research reportedly represents the largest study of airline passengers in the world, with decisions based on the quality of the product and service offered to customers by the airlines. The study was based on the responses of over 12m passengers of 94 nationalities.
