More
If you spend any time online at all, you know that there are a host of different social networking sites you can spend time on. In most cases, they can help you network with other home based business people. But with all the social networking sites available, you can easily burn too much time if you're not careful. We have Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Yelp, and many others. In addition, there are plenty of online forums (which are not usually thought of as social networks but they really are).

How much is too much? Only you can decide that. You'll need to take a look at your social network habits and decide what kind of return they are providing. See how it fits into your overall schedule and make sure you can allow time for other business activities.

And it would depend a lot on what social network sites you use as well. For example, Twitter will require you 'tweeting' many times during day. Can your schedule allow that?

Social networking is great, but it can easily burn up whole day if you don't manage your time in light of other business activities. What tips can you add for managing your social networking time?
