Michael A. Maffettone, an associate with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, Medford, NY, recently closed on the sale of a half acre parcel of vacant land located at 2025 Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, New York.
The property, owned by a private investor, was sold for $800,000. The
The new owners' conceptual building is believed to have a drive-through window with an ingress and egress both at the Oak Street side of the parcel as well as the Deer Park Avenue side. Maffettone is also serving as an advisor to the seller on a 1031 exchange.
