Microsoft Nominates Two for Board of Directors.

Sep. 19--After two years of searching and wooing, Microsoft found someone from overseas to serve on its board of directors.

The company also found a retired finance expert to serve on the board and its audit committee, ensuring that the company meets accountability standards imposed in the wake of recent corporate scandals.
