Jul. 31--BANCFIRST BUYING LINCOLN NATIONAL BANCORPORATION: BancFirst Corp. announced Wednesday it has agreed to ac...uire Lincoln National Bancorporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Lincoln National Bank.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Lincoln National Bank has four banking offices serving Oklahoma City, Midwest City and Del City.
