Reliance Steel & Aluminum Could Buy Minster, Ohio-Based Steel Processor.

Jun. 12--MINSTER, Ohio--Precision Strip, a processor of flat-rolled steel and aluminum, is expected to become a subsidiary of a Los Angeles-based company in a deal announced Wednesday.

Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. declined to say how much it paid for Precision Strip until the transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is final.
