Apr. 29--It's all in how you do the math.
Ford Motor Co. Chairman and CEO William Clay Ford Jr. earned less than $220,000 last year -- mostly the value of using company airplanes, which the automaker requires for his safety.
But his 2002 income looks more than 100 times bigger -- nearly $23 million -- if you include the potential value of his stock options.
