Protesters Urge IBM to Stem Tide of Offshoring.

Apr. 28--PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Megaphone in hand, Linda Guyer yelled out a battle cry at the top of her lungs: "Offshore the CEO!"

"Offshore the CEO!" the crowd of about 50 yelled back.
