California Intellectual Property-Rights Firm Merges with Nevada Company.

Apr. 24--A Temecula intellectual property-rights business is merging with a Nevada company in an $18 million deal.

Drayton Richdale Corp. of Nevada, a publicly traded holding company, is acquiring Matlink Inc. of Temecula. The move is a way for Matlink to go public and pursue licensing agreements for one of its computer patents.
