Ohio, North Carolina Disney Shareholders Turn against Michael Eisner.

Feb. 28--More Eisner-bashers are calling for the Disney boss' head.

Add Ohio and North Carolina to a fast-growing list of big Disney shareholders who plan to withhold their votes from Michael Eisner at next week's annual meeting in Philadelphia.

That makes nine states -- including New York -- to say they're turning against the Disney Big Cheese.

A recent personal visit Eisner paid a visit to the office of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System clearly
