Tampa, Fla., Healthy Fast-Food Restaurant Chain to Start Selling Franchises.

Feb. 24--TAMPA -- Evos restaurants, a popular south Tampa chain known for its healthy fast food, plans to start selling franchises by summer, with an eye toward taking the chain national, founders said Monday.
Michael Jeffers, one of three college buddies who founded Evos a decade ago, said the restaurant hopes to sell 10 franchised locations within 12 months and 200 restaurants within five years.
