Feb. 13--LAKELAND, Fla. -- A $54 billion offer by Comcast Corp. to buy The Walt Disney Co. is a big deal -- particularly to those who own shares of either company. Brent Powers, vice president of Barrow & Powers Financial Services-Linsco in Lakeland, said the Comcast offer says a lot about the nation's economy.
