US Postage Fees Set To Rise on May 12, 2008 - Time For Action

Yep, US postage is on the rise again. But it's still one of the best uses for your marketing dollars. And even with the broad use of email marketing, most businesses can benefit from using the old tried and true methods to reach out to customers.

One of the things that annoys me most about these price increases is the need to buy additional one (or two or three) cent stamps to add to my current supply of stamps. Of course I could buy the forever stamps, but when I tried to do that a few months ago the postal clerk looked at me like I had three eyes and had no clue what I was talking about.

So here's an option - Stamps.com. You can print only the postage you need when you need it. No more buying those huge roles of stamps and then having to buy additional stamps whenever postage increases. And how professional does an envelope look with a bunch of stamps on it? Not very, huh?

Another neat thing about Stamps.com is that it can help you brand your business. This service gives you the ability to upload an image - like your logo - and print it right on your stamps. How cool is that?

And even if your company sends lots of Express or Priority Mail, you can do that too along with delivery confirmation and return receipt.

If you make a lot of trips to the post office, this very well could save you money. And in tight financial times like we are experiencing today, who doesn't want to save a few bucks!

Do you already use Stamps.com? Tell me about your experience by leaving a comment.
